- Click OK
To help analyse the log files, Microsoftt provides a free utility called ULS Viewer that allows filtering by a specific product.
- Click the Filter icon,
- Field = "Product"
- Operation = "Contains"
- Value = "Autodesk Vault BCS Connector"
If there is a Sharepoint "Correlation ID", you can filter on that as well.
After you have solved the issue that you are troubleshooting, you may want to turn off verbose logging. :-)
