This is a generic error and will have many causes.
The DWF Create Job for an Inventor Part file was failing on multiple different Job Processors.
This issue was resolved using standard troubleshooting techniques.
Opening the File in Inventor showed no errors. Manually publishing the DWF resulted in Inventor hanging.
Saving the file in the current release of Inventor did not resolve the issue.
This file looked like it was imported from another CAD system. The first object in the browser was "3rdParty" and it included "Repaired Geometry".
RMB on "Repaired Geometry" and clicking "Repair Bodies", then "Find Errors" revealed 6 surfacing errors. Once these were deleted and then recreated, the DWF could then be published.
Checking the fixed file back into Vault showed that the Job Processor was then able to run the DWF Create job.
