With Vault Professional 2014 Subscription Release 1, in the Thin Client, selecting a file should then display the "File Details" display. However, in some scenarios this is not happening. In fact nothing happens.
Steps to reproduce:-
Login to the Thin Client
Navigate to the Project Explorer, and find a file.
Select a file in the list and this should take you to the File Details page. But nothing happens.
The browser console will display a message saying that access is denied to a path such as this one in Internet Explorer.
400 (Access to the path '\Autodesk\VaultCommon\Servers\Services_Security_6_29_2011\<servername>\Vaults\<>Vault\Objects)' is denied.
To work around this, On the Vault Server (ADMS) give the 'IIS AppPool\AutodeskTCPool@ user full control to the folder "'C:\Autodesk\VaultCommon\Servers"
If needed, create the folder
